With the 9th overall pick in 2013 first round the Jets took top cornerback Dee Milliner as a replacement for the departed Revis. His first two seasons have been plagued by a series of unfortunate injuries and now the Jets have brought back Revis and added Chromartie and Skrine. Word out there is Milliner could be cut before the season. If he is, and I realize this is a bid IF, do you think he would be worth the Titans taking a flyer on as a developmental guy? We need more depth at CB and the kid had boatloads of talent coming out of college. Thoughts?

I hated him leading up to the draft and thanked the Jets for saving us from being dumb and taking him. Even though I also hated Warmack at #10, he beats the hell out of Milliner.

Despite all that, yea absolutely take a chance on him if he's released. I'd expect him to suck, but either way we'll need the depth.

He's not getting cut. Doesn't cost the team much.

Cromartie is 31, Skrine will be good covering slot guys.

Milliner could still be a good future CB.

Wouldn't trade for him. There are guys available on the street who can get torched just as easily and they're not injury prone.

If he gets cut, which I honestly doubt considering he was a top-ten pick and costs almost nothing, I guess it couldn't hurt to bring him in and see what he has.

Edit. Just read the trade machine link. Didn't know he tore his achilles. Ain't got time for that bull****.

Bad medical if they are even considering it. Full recovery from a torn achilles is highly improbable. Particularly for a position that so heavily relies on sudden acceleration and change of direction.

I wouldn't give anything more than a 7th, and probably not even that.

No thank you. Hes one of those guys whio has frustrated the Jets to no end and is only still there because of where he was selected. the fact they got skrine and have another solid cb tells me he may not make this roster. New GM, new HC, new attitude!
