Tony Dungy Slams Michael Sam

Nope. I never even claimed he was great. Just thought it'd be funny if he were. I said he was being shunned for being gay.

I thought he'd be decent enough to contribute to a team.

Since every other SEC DPOY is overrated as all hell.... he was the only one that didn't get the same hype.

 

Michael Sam is a terrible player - and is just parasiting off certain media outlets pro-gay rights stances..... He sucks. And is just trying to make waves in order to compensate.. Players go unrecognized for years and years who've had better careers tenfold than Michael Sam... And he comes out of the closet and gets to milk the dollars and journalist words for all its got ....

If you ask me, what you do between the sheets is nobody's business but your own, why the gays have to make it into an agenda is beyond me, considering being hated for your skin color is a whole other level than being hated because you're gay.

Skin color is obvious, but your bedroom business is your secret to keep, I don't give a damn if you're gay, just don't make your sexuality the thing that defines you. Like 520 does with his butt hole licking thing. Fabulous!!!!

it will be great when gay people are fully accepted, so we won't have to hear about every random schmuck who wants to come out, just for publicity.

If they want it to be considered normal, they should stop making
such a big F'ing deal every time someone admits to being gay.

That's not making it normal.. It's making them a freaking sideshow. It hurts their cause.

A cry for attention will never be construed as normal. Older gay people realize that, while younger activists sometimes feel the need to act a goddang fool.

Act like it's normal.. And it will become normal.
Act like it's press conference-worthy, and you'll ensure that it is never normal.


And the stupid thing is that it's mostly straight people acting like social justice heroes, that make it this way. Most gay people just want to live their life.

 

The CFL is a good place to see how much heart a guy has. You are making a normal living wage, far from home and it is not as easy as some might think. You need to learn a different style of play and strategy. Additionally there are only 8 teams in the league and only so many open spots. A lot of college stars who could not make the NFL have expected the CFL to be easy only to get a rude awakening. Looks like Michael Same could be the latest.
