I do think he would be better off sitting a year, but we know that isn't happening. IMO, I still think he is better than Mett....but time will tell.

To be fair, when you're negative about almost everything, and the team has been so bad for so long, you'll tend to be right more frequently. There's your type on every sports board, same with the Flyers one I'm on. ***** about everything, when the team fails you "win", and if the team actually does something right, you still "win" because you get a good player on your favorite team.

I could sit here and ***** about every move the team makes too, and with their record, I'd be "right" pretty often.

That said I didn't want Mariota, but he isn't going anywhere so I might as well hope for the best.

From what I can tell you challenge people by claiming you're never wrong then when they show you where you're wrong you come back with this arguement??

 

You could say that for basically every QB ever. It's a team sport. Who knows how many great QBs were run into the ground on bad teams. Who knows how many good QBs would have been terrible on the wrong team.

All that you can do is sit back and hope this TEAM works well together.
