That's why one of those coaches will never win a Super Bowl

So basically even if Dyson tied it the Titans probably would have lost anyway ;)

Let's not kid ourselves, both of those approaches got their respective teams to the Super Bowl.

And the aggressive coach beat the conservative coach. Shocker.

    Hahahahahaha!

Check out the stats in the MCM game. McNair was poor in that game, offense was horrible. Offense was poor, and fisher didnt do much right in that game....It took Jesus' face smiling directly down on LP Adelphia Nissan Tennessee Coliseum Field Stadium to get to that Super Bowl.

The miracle deserves credit for getting to that Super Bowl. Not superior coaching. They just pulled a miracle out of thin air. 99/100 times, something like that fails. The only credit fisher deserves for that, is keeping the game close. Just like he did in the Super Bowl, but his luck ran out.

I call it "honest" and "realistic" but.. Yeah, pretty much.

Fisher owes his legacy to Mac, EG, Wycheck, and that miracle play. The players made the coach, IMO.

Outside of the funny fake punt in the preseason, and trolling the colts with constant onside kicks, I don't recall fisher ever doing much to really put his players in a unique position to win. He's rested on his laurels for 15 years now, and still has no championships of any value.

But what can I say.. You'd have to love being a field goal kicker on Fisher's teams.

Yea, but we were 13-3 for a reason... and we were 3-0 against a Jags team that was 15-0 against non-Titans teams.

    We earned that Super Bowl.

I'm way more pissed with the way we blew it against the Ravens both times than the way we lost that Super Bowl.
