What really stood out for me is the injury he had while making a tackle. Freak injury I guess.

The lisfranc injury where he was simply rolling out was the worst. He missed a lot of time with that one considering he was doing something he'd probably done thousands of times before.

His hip injury was because the d-lineman for the Jets went airborne and landed on him. He had 300+ pounds coming down on him. It looked bad right when it happened. Poor Jake.

That shoulder injury he got after making a tackle on an int play that should have been blown dead. Still kinda pisses me off, think it was against the Pats. I was yelling at the tv that it was a dead ball before Jake even tackled him.

Locker was a puss and a waste of God given ability. He had no heart or passion for the game and retired way early

I think it was the opposite. His body was too fragile for his mentality. He had the heart and passion to put it all on the line, but his body couldn't hold up. He retired early because he lost the passion because every time he stepped on the field he got injured.

Imagine if there was something you loved to do but everytime you put in the work to do it you came away injured. This happened over and over.

I felt bad for Jake...Great person, great work ethic..Just injury prone and too much expectation out of an inaccurate QB taken too early IMO
