    Not really. From what I have learned about the american system, is that if you don't do your homework, you'll lose no matter what on some irrelevant detail.

    Destroying evidence is a problem, how does that make the NFL look bad?

    Brady has dug himself a huge hole, he keeps making it worse by being arrogant and smug, AND DESTROYING EVIDENCE.

    The Patriots have a pattern cheating, the hammer has to come down.

    It was his personal phone. DUH. IT was not a legal case. THE nfl is a business...it doesn't have the right to tell its employees to hand over your personal property...

    He hasn't been criminally charged. He willfully obstructed a league investigation. The league is punishing him, not the government. And they offered to let his attorney vett the texts and remove personal ones, leaving only those related to league issues. He couldn't do that because he chose to destroy it first. Brady was guilty and he fcked up trying to bury it.
