    The thing about Skip is he comes across WAY too bold. So bold in fact, that even when it is obvious he is wrong, he can't go back and admit to his mistake. He just has to continue to pretend that he was actually right in someway.

    This exactly. He isn't out to look smart. He's all about the views and the talk. You guys are feeding into exactly what he's trying to do. He is an entertainer, not an analyst. The sooner you realize that the sooner you can get over the ludicrous statements that come out of his mouth. He plays devils advocate in every argument.

    Now that I mention it... @Deuce Wayne is our Skip Bayless.

    He's a pretentious, bombastic idiot that is far more wrong, far more often, than any other sports pundit I can think of.

    But I might understand watching him for the comedic value.

    I think you got Petty and Hundley mixed up. Petty will definitely get his shot, he's on the Jets... especially now with Geno out 4-6. I don't see Petty doing well this season, I view him as a project who needs 2 years to watch a vet, something that the Jets don't have at QB. Having to learn from Ryan Fitzpatrick is not going to help Bryce Petty.
