Who else is completely sure we've found our QB in Mariota??

2.4 seconds from when they snapped the ball to when he was stripped. Now he should have seen it coming from his right side but those plays happen. Bell sucks.

Thats a much easier to fix then accuracy issues Young and Locker were plagued with.

 

I think there will be no looking back with Mariota.

What I mean by that is that he isn't going to tease us like Vince and Locker did at times. I believe there will become a time when he's completely consistent. That's all we've wanted for the past decade.

Mariota will be fine and I believe he will get a 2nd contract with us.

 

I saw him score a hat trick so to speak. Sack, fumble and int. What did he do after that? Drive down and scored.

I was surprised how accurate he actually is. I think he will be fine. He moved well, needs to get a little tighter with his pocket timing, but otherwise did well. I'm very optimistic.

Does anyone else see Cobb starting day 1? After first impressions, I do.

 

He won't because of Whis, but he should......lol

But yes I agree, 3/5 of our line has major work to do. Lewan looked good tonight though.

 

I am super excited to have him. Being a TN native and a Oregon Alum, I cannot wait to see what he can do. I can understand why people might be worried but I have been watching him play for a while now. I have complete confidence that he is capable of leading a team.

 

We sure did have a lot of needs this year didnt we?
