Jameis Winston looking uncomfortable early

Dont be a homer. That INT was a horrible throw on a horrible play.

 

A "cheers" truly is the only appropriate reaction for this lol. One of the best. Strugggggllllinnnnnnggg. Gotta love they let him on TV. Had to know he was drunk off his ass.

Mariota looked like a high school kid thrown into an NFL game his first 2 drives. Jameis comes out looking crappy and they bash him acting like our guy looked any better at first. haha

"That int was nothing"... yeah, it was only a god-awful "here, take the ball big guy" VY patented interception. Was awful. No excuse for that kind of junk.

 

Preseason or not, are you saying Jameis looked better than Mariota??

It's not just Titans fans either.

Mariota is clearly more accurate.

I was Winston over Mariota all year before the draft, but to be honest, it's not even close. Winston will be a back up 3-4 years from now.

 

I'm not comparing them.

I'm comparing how Titans fans were poking fun of JW after 2 drives like he looked so much worse than MM's first 2 drives.

 

Winston will be a bust for sure, he dug his team in a lot of holes in college plus the init's, doing that in the nfl isn't going to win games. If he does make it i am going to be very surprised, never seen what people liked about Winston to begin with he panics way to much.

 

Dude looked sloppy.

He didn't have any zip on his balls. His throws were way off. He looked sluggish and slow.


So glad we got Mariota.

 

The mariota int was just as much a great play by the defender recognizing the play and jumping the route as it was a bad decision by matiota. But even if we count that against him, the rest of his passes were spot on perfect.

Jameis was off a lot. A lot of just really bad throws. Those are very concerning because that is what will lead to a lot of ints.

 

I saw some one trying to make the argument Winston did better than Mariota cause we have a better oline and played a worse defense.
