Who do you take off the field in order to supplant Fowler?

I'd rather have Walker,Wright, Hunter, DGB, Douglas, Nicks, DMC, Sankey, Andrews and maybe even Fasano on the field before him..

I think Whiz should give him some reps as RB, maybe he can be our Eddie Lacy?

But we could've gotten our starting RT instead of him......terrible pick

well for two WR situations you can sub him in for Fasano.

And I think he'll see a lot of play in shotgun formations. From what I've read hes got better hands then Sankey/Cobb anyways, and he can stay in and block better too. Again you can put him in motion, try and diagnose the coverage.

    maybe i'm just too optimistic.

Fowler is powerful, fast (for his size), and has good hands. He adds a multiple threat, especially in goal line. He reminds me of Kuhn from the Packers.

What sucks is on paper, this should be a top OLine. If Warmack and Levitre lived up to their hype, Schwenke looked half decent his rookie year and throw in Lewan ...that looks like a damn good line. It just hasnt worked out that way at all.

Every year we throw away draft picks like candy. Trade up to take a project DE that we are moving to TE. Take a blocking TE in round 3.

There does not seem to be method to the madness.

Levitre and McCluster shouldn't be here this year but Webster would have to admit he effed up. Not happening. Now they are talking that Andrews may not make final roster. They spin that Sankey hasn't done anything because the OL hasn't jelled and the OL hasn't jelled because of injury.

GM CYA spin CF for sure.

Klug can do the same thing. His agility isn't as good as Fowler's though, but why need it when you're only going to be used for short yardage or goal-line.

Let's hope Fowler can produce into a good player.

Bottom line....We will have a new coach and FO by the end of next year or soon after...This team is still a sub .500 team. Trust me when I tell you, this will be a VERY long season again....and much of this is caused by poor coaching and crap drafting. DGB/Marcus were the only gutsy picks....everyone else, basically safe.
