    I think you always take a RT that could be the potential long term starter over a Fullback who will play 9 snaps a game.

    Especially considering the health of your new franchise QB is directly correlated to a weak Offensive Line.

    But we can agree to disagree. Cheers

    You build an offense from the OLine up, not from grabbing Fullbacks.

    Can you name the Cowboys fullback? Or ANY fullback not named John Kuhn?

    The thing is, it's not like we are talking about a backup LB or special teams guy, we're talking about a starting Right Tackle. We just watched seasons go down the drain because of our QBs inability to stay healthy, and then the same thing happens to Mett because of shoddy OL play.

    So we spend the #2 pick on our new face of the franchise, it's probably smart to shore up the first spots that are gonna get him killed, no?

    I have nothing against Fowler, he looks good, but Fullback was the wrong play.

    I'm pretty much on the same page as @Jwill1919

    I hope Fowler comes out balling. I like what he does bring to the team. But he is more of a luxury.

    That's a pick you see the Patriots making. A team that is basically set up to win now.

    I'm a fan of Mike Tolberts game and looking at Fowler I think he will be closer to Tolbert than a Kuhn. (Joke to be made)

    We got 'our' RT with Poutasi in the third round... the titans thought he was worth more then Clemmings or whoever. If you're upset at the RT position thats the pick to blame, not Fowler.

    Agreed RT was adressed with the Poutasi pick. And who knows he might end up being a good one. They went with DGB in the second because of his talent and to give MM another weapon.

    You don't bank your Oline on one draft pick. Would much much 100000000000x rather go Oline-Oline than Oline-FB in 3rd/4th.


    Whatever. We hear this everytime from some people. Craig Stevens will be a steal just you wait! Taylor Thompson will redefine the position and be Gronk2.0!

    Now Fowler will be the greatest FB of all time....

    That's awesome. Yall know we barely ever run FB plays right?
