You know what I think? I think the kid is going to be real good. Sure, he will have some moments as a rookie but he will settle down and be fine. Bell might even be decent at OG. Pout is massive and was tossing people around. A little work on his technique and footwork and I think we have a keeper over there better than Oher was last year and Bell. See what happens. IMO he is an immediate upgrade in the run game.

I think he ends up like Stewart Aka Big Country. Agree with let him play. And Bell practiced at guard in OTA and minicamp. We find out tomorrow night.

I agree the staff needs to get the rookie ready. However time to cut bait with levitre, Bell cannot be worse

I dont understand. You say you don't want Mathis but then maybe getting a cut from another team...which is what Mathis is...so....

Poutasi, by everyone outside the Titans org think Poutasi probably needs to move inside to OG. Bell may need to play OG. Stingily is a backup OT. So who should play RT and why would we not want to sign a guy who played better than all the players you're mentioning and was a Pro Bowler a couple of years ago for the cost of a bad playing Levitre?

The difference between being the best free agent OG doesn't make you good. But a good player is most likely better than Levitre and all the other possibilities we have for LG and one of those possiblities needs to play RT.

What makes me nervous (and everyone else) is that Poutasi was very up and down in Atlanta and he was going against their 2's. The Rams 1's are lightyears better than Atlanta's 2's so I'm very concerned what will happen to Mariota or whomever when he whiffs on a block. Certain technique things have improved but his balance is a MAJOR problem and the same issues I saw in his college game popped up last week and are the reasons for his inconsistency.

Honestly he should be playing with the 2's and not protecting our rookie #2 overall pick QB until he can handle the 2's. Personally I think Poutasi will end up a RG in this league which is why I really didn't like the pick.

Hope he proves me wrong and has a good game and earns a starting spot!!! I will be cringing when Quin lines up opposite him and Mariota takes a 5 step drop or PA pass!

Going to see it today! We couldn't ask for a better show really- things could get ugly, or maybe, just maybe, some of our concerns will be nullified. I am leaning towards number one.

More nervous than leaving Levitre in there ? I'm optimistic because we are changing things when obviously they were not working . Progress.
