Can we trade McCluster?

Coffman/Supernaw stick - I'm thinking Coffman

 

Love the way Coffman has played...I really hope he makes the cut

 

I don't see us keeping 4 TEs, a FB, and 4 RBs...

If we keep Walker, Fasano, and Stevens then that is 9.4mil tied up in TEs. I think having both Fasano and Stevens making over 2mil is a luxury. Stevens has a history of concussions and is in the last year of his deal. I would cut Stevens and keep Coffman.

I would also cut Mccluster. He just isn't worth his 3.3mil salary just to be a gadget RB and punt returner. Especially since our defense rarely forces punts.

 

Find a player similar to Mccluster and then cut him.

We need some one with that skill set.

 

I'm fine with flat out cutting him - no need to find his replacement. Any production we lose without DMC can be replaced with players already on the roster.

Just have a bad feeling DMC isn't gone until next season.

He was supposed to be a shifty guy that could catch the ball out of the back field and return punts/kicks. Instead we got a glorified ballerina with a terrible spin move and hands of stone.

 

Bishop Sankey gives you that, we have no need for McCluster

hell if we're keeping mccluster we might as well sign Tebow when he's released next week...

 

Him scoring five TDs this season would be amazing considering he has scored SEVEN offensive TDs in his career. Ten if you include punt returns.

I don't know why we signed this guy to begin with. What did he ever do in KC to make him a priority? HE WAS THE FIRST GUY WE SIGNED AT 4:01 AT THE START OF FREE AGENCY FFS.

 

Sankey SHOULD be a better version of what Mc****er is SUPPOSED to be. He's yet to prove that though.

Tebow should just go back to thumping his bible.
