See this is what's discouraging about my job. I can make decent money in a small town but in larger cities I could start out at more than I top out here... But then comes cost of living in a larger area.

Antioch is another area in Nashville you can get a lot of bang for your buck, but it comes with its issues as well. I just sold a house that 3br 2 bath 1500 sqaure feet for 159,000 but again Antioch has a bad reputation some of it unearned some of it earned. I grew up in the and even attended Ezell, which is a private school there.

You can get out away from the city a little bit and do better on home size, finishes, and yard but then you got that Nashville traffic if you work a 8-5 type of job.

If you want to know more about it i can set you up a search that send you all the new listings each day. Just inbox me and i can set it up for you.

I was classified as a person of suspicion when I lived in Antioch.

    True story.

I am in charge of the red button. I keep it clean and shiny. I sit at my desk and stare at it for hours.
