    Already did.

The most popular sentiment is that the score would have been the same if the QBs swapped places.

That, and posting Andrew Lucks first game stats side by side with RG3. (LOL. Playing bad = good).

They would rather everything be **** about that team than admit Winston played badly.

Smart I guess. If he busts, they are bottom feeding the next few years at least.

Same here. For the 1st time in forever, we exceeded expectations by a country mile. I'll say it again: NO ONE expected Mariota to do what he did today. He did not look anything like a rookie. Talent, brains, and maturity. We're usually lucky to get 2 of 3.

I've watched the highlights 4 times already. Today was amazing. There are a few things we need to improve on but we just beat another NFL team 42-14. Let's have some fun tonight.

People may say we just beat the Bucs, but it's not like we were superior to them.

Not only did we beat the Bucs, but we dominated them to the fullest.

Text after text from all my friends praising Mariota and the Titans.

Honestly whens the last time you remember Wright being this good? Hes been solid no doubt but he looked great tonight. Big difference what an accurate ball hit in stride will do for you.

I like the title of this thread (didn't read anything in it, though):

Yeah, most are saying our O line is so much better and we have better weapons surrounding MM8. Also they're saying if we had Winston and they had MM8 the result would be what we saw today...pffff

I don't think so. Look how lost Winston looked out there. His two, should have been four, interceptions were very bad and not forced throws. Just bad decision making. He was throwing a lot of wobblers during the game. Love naysayers eating crow now.

    I can't recall a time that I've seen so many people "b***h" about a 42-14 WIN!

I'm late to the board..I missed you guys all day! haha

what can I say?!? what a day!!! Wow, I'm still on cloud 9. It couldn't have gone any better. My notes.

What can you say about Marcus? Talent, brains, maturity as someone said.. deadly accurate, excellent decisions.. so many throws into tight windows.. getting the rid of the ball within 2 seconds, deadly accurate! really unbelievable, easily one of the best games I've ever seen a Titans Qb play... we got 1 boys!!

Sankey looked rejuvenated..don't look now, but he might be a player still! really nice runs, cutbacks, decision making.. I was satisfied with West's performance as well.

Kendall Wright was excellent..always been underrated, may REALLY break out with Marcus.. Douglas was nice too..every pass catcher played a good all around game

Blocking was good, but way too many penalties...that would be my 1 knock on today, need to work on eliminating some of those penalties. Besides, the OL was impressive in both run block and pass protect.

DL was quite dominant..martin had some nice runs but for the most part we kept them in check. Casey was a nuisance, Al Woods held down the fort, DaQuan Jones too.. Orakpo IS A BEAST!! Was around Winston all game long. Nice to see Morgan notch 2 sacks early on. I thought Brown & Williamson played good games also.

Pass coverage was tight all day.. Lots of pass knock downs, both Blidi Wreh & Sensabaugh played well. Didn't like the lack of effort on the long Jenkins TD, but I'll chalk that up to complacency due to the big score..

Wanted to give a shout out to Whisenhunt...all summer, fans and analysts alike highly doubted he could adapt his offense to Mariota... We saw that today. Whisenhunt did an excellent job with the play calling.. He really has adapted to Mariota and although its early, it appears to be a beautiful marriage..Whisenhunt deserves HUGE PROPS for today..not too mention his excellent challenge as well, which got us the ball back when TB had a chance to gain momentum.

Wanted to talk about the rookie contributions as well..besides the obvious Mariota, you had Poutasi do a nice job at RT, Mount with a beauty INT and Blackson with a sack of his own.. Really nice to see the entire draft class contributing so early.

We have an excellent opportunity next week.. I don't believe Cleveland are as bad as they looked today, and I'm trying to be very reserved with my confidence..but what an excellent opportunity we have..
