    In agreement... Too soon to fire.

    We now have the QB, WR, and Tight Ends solidified.... Draft next year, we go after a little more defense and offensive line.

    2016 and 2017 are going to be more heavily scrutinized because we are supposed to be building to something. It's not going to happen over-night or in 1 season.

    "Use Mariota to the best of his abilities"

    I'm not a Whiz fan at all, but it's not like Mariota has been playing awful. As a matter of fact, I think Whiz is doing a really good job with Mariota, so far.

    Whiz is fine, first bad game of the young season. He drafted his QB, RB WR, and signed/traded for the players he wanted. If we end the season with just 1 or 2 wins then okay he's on the hot seat. I think if the O line played better today, no one is calling for his job.
