Mett not even as good as Weeden or Cassel? That's probably true for now but those guys suck hard..

 

They only had two QB's , Romo and Weeden.

 

I think it's much more likely the Titans aren't willing to part with Mett for now. The way our line is playing, they have to be prepared for injuries.

 

CBJ can lose games as easily as mett can, we could do without a streaky backup QB

I mean I'd only do a deal if it generated a potential starter

 

He didn't make it in Kansas City, Minnesota, or Buffalo.

Therefore, he's going to make it in Dallas, right? I don't get how QB's get pass after pass to resurrect their careers. Yes, it's happened, but Cassel was an one year wonder, which seems like a very long time ago.

 

I dont think anyone in Dallas sees Cassel as the answer but they need somebody behind center until Romo comes back and if Weeden gets hurt then Cassel is as good of a 3rd string QB as anyother.

 

No offense, but I believe the mett idea flushed out the toilet like the turd it was as soon as it appeared. Mett is not leaving this year or the next.

 

And is a mobile CBJ really any worse than a flattened Mett? We're losing either way.

 

I thought Dallas was high on their practice squad QB Kellen Moore.
