    Believe it ... it will happen this year. By the 2nd half of the season this team will be stringing together some wins. Hopefully the AFCS is weak enough that it won't be too late to make a push for the division.

    we'll see if we're playoff worthy these next few weeks, cause the Bills, Dolphins and Texans are the kinds of teams playoff teams beat on...


    we went blow for blow with the AFC's 2nd best team last year, thats encouraging

    Really? I think the Bills are pretty good. I think we could struggle with that game.

    I foresee the Bills taking advantage of your OL and MM getting sacked a lot ... their O is good enough that they should be able to score on our D.

    Honestly, I see the Bills game as a loss.


    We should be able to beat the Dolphins and Texans though.

    We are an improved team all around. The defense is better but also the offense is not putting the defense on the field like last year. Mariota does not look like a rookie. He needs to stay healthy. If he can stay healthy, records will come, and so will the wins.

    No reason not to be at least .500 against those team.

    NO - W

    Car - L

    Jax - W

    Oak - W

    Jax - W

    Jets - L

    NE - L

    Hou - W

    Ind - W


    That would make us 9-7 ... that could be enough to win the division this year.

    Going 5-1 in the division is a bit of a stretch... You know the jags and Texans gonna split with us no matter how bad they are.

    I'm not worried about it either. Just sayin'.

    He's pretty much been about as good as you could reasonably expect a rookie QB to be. I agree with TJ we've played some a couple of terrible defenses which MM picked apart and one good one which gave him a little bit of trouble (mostly due to the OL getting owned for most of the game). But the main take away is he just looks like a legit starting NFL QB. I've been so impressed with how cool he is in the pocket. It's a kind of confidence rarely seen in rookie QBs playing in their first ever NFL games.
