    There is another side to that - that does affect what we get to see.
    The studios no longer greenlight passion projects - or even really work with the great living directors any more. They have to finance their own stuff - meaning way less films from them.
    There is an annual limit on studio projects and now all the money goes towards remakes and franchises. It's a ****** culture slide and it's unfortunate that people still readily suckle at the hollywood teet knowing this.
    Butthurt - most definitely.
