What does Mariota need to work on to beat the Bills?

He needs to work on playing safety. Anytime it's 3rd and 30 he needs to become a FS to stop opposing QBs from launching a 30-40 yard bomb and getting a first down against our scrub ass secondary...

Don't turn the ball over and run for your life instead of trying to stay in the pocket when your OL is collapsing on top of you.

 

He should improve on not listening to the fans telling him he should run more. We don't need another Kaepernick here

 

I'd rather have a QB who errs on the side of looking downfield then bailing out too early.

 

Nobody is saying bail out early, what we are saying is when the pocket collapses(as it does often) get out, look downfield and if you can't find someone pick up some easy yards.

You guys all want him to run until he gets hurt. He's pretty lean for 6' 4", and just one good hit on the run could knock him out.

 

MM needs to tell the D not to give up multiple 3rd and 20's for HUGE plays...one a 43 yard TD. And he needs to B1tch slap michelle "whiffin" griffin for me.

 

Mariota is fine. Play calling and the secondary needs to get better.

Mariota has kept this team afloat in every game. The seconsary and conservative play calling has lost 2 of the games which would have easily been wins without 3-4 deep balls that the secondary couldn't cover.
