    We have enough talent to win games. Problems are that some of that talent is young and mistake prone, and our coach is calling the game too conservatively. Whiz needs to let them put their foot on the gas when they appear to be outplaying the opponent. Whiz coaching like p*ssy is one of the reasons the late game mistakes our young players are making are fatal.

    Wright is an idiot. Look at his stats through the 1st 4 games. He has the most targets and more yards at this point then he did last season. What he is upset about is the gameplan. Here's a newsflash, he's not Jerry Rice. The gameplan isn't built and shouldn't be built around him. Look I'm sure everyone on the team is frustrated, but it's not like they are getting rolled each week by double digits. They are close its just a matter of time before they break through.

    Absolutly. You can see it once they get the lead. The playcalling on both sides of the ball gets conservative. Why deviate from what got you the lead in the first place?

    Munchak let Wright do whatever he wanted, and Fitzpatrick knew how to make that work, Im sure Wright resents having to adjust when his way got it done before Whiz was here..
