Kendall Wright

Agree that the losses are way more on Whis. But Kendall isn't complaining about the losses. He's complaining about "not being relevant" even though he's leading the team in every single receiving category. He has twice as many catches and yards as the next leading receiver on the team.

I've always liked Kendall, and still do. But I'm about sick of reading this crybaby crap. I doubt anyone on offense is exactly thrilled with their role right now.

 

Fact of the matter is that Mariota spreads the ball out quite a bit. And has been doing that this entire season.

He doesn't seem to pick a favorite and try to force the ball to his guy. He just makes his reads and hits whoever is open.

You want the ball ... then get open.

 

He may very well be our best weapon. But I do not believe he is nearly talented enough to build an offense around.

I do agree that the sooner Whis realizes we aren't a power run team the better.

 

I think @Alex1939 is saying winning fixes everything. If he puts up same stats but we are 3-1, you will not hear a word from Wright

 

Yeah I hear that. I'd just like to see him complaining more about the losses rather than his stats/role. Point blank, KW is not a game changer. He's a very good WR but let's be real here... dude's acting as if he's some big time receiver that isn't getting utilized. And that's the furthest from the truth. He's a high-end WR2 and he's getting as much, if not more attention than any other WR on the roster.

 

Isn't Kendall Wright the team's leading receiver in yards and tied with DGB for TDs? What the hell is he talking about?

Sit down Kendall. You are a slot receiver, not a true #1.

 

Twice as many catches as our #2 leading WR. More than twice as many yards as the #2 WR.

IDK man, I guess he just wants the ball force-fed to him or something. Hate to break it to you Kendall, but you ain't all that.
