    We have given up the leagues lowest number of 20+yard plays, our issues are still on offense, defense has been good.

    Titans defense is ranked #18 in points per game (22.8 points after 4 games). They are also ranked #1 in scrimmage plays (216 plays), which is 33 plays away from #2 (Jets).

    The stats are skewed due to who we've played and how much we've played.

    Someone posts a positive thread that the defense has statically been outstanding. Not sure how it turns into a Zach Brown witch hunt.

    The defense has been good. Casey Morgan and Orakpo have been getting after it. Just need to tighten up on the 3rd and longs. Secondary of McCourty, Griff, Searcy, Cox must be one the best in the AFC.

    Bout time we got our just rewards.

    when you say last you mean first?

    because giving up only 9 big plays has been pretty good all things considered...

    its just that those 9 big plays came on 3rd downs, thats crippling

    This years 1-3 is a lot better than last years. I know no one enjoys talking about moral victories, but when you can single out a specific reason for each loss and not rattle off a list of reasons, you're not in that bad a spot.

    If Justin Hunter runs the right route on the final offensive play of the Bills loss, we're sitting at 2-2. And then of course if we converted the FG vs the Colts into a TD like we should have again 2-2 or 3-1 right now...

    We're teetering the line between respectable and average.. Thats a huge step from disgraceful and embarrassing...

    Oddly enough... I'm kinda proud of our defense. They're definitely better than last season. But then there's the mistake factor.

    But i did notice having mccourty back seemed to motivate them more, we could have probably done even better had he not been injured.
