I agree. His employment is conditional on getting a real OC and turning over play calling to him.

Im sick of excuses but it is legitimate to say we've lost games on a few plays where we failed to execute. INTs, big passes, fumbles etc). Whiz should also be required to fire his OL coach.

I still think we should stick with Whis another year. I think that does more harm to a young team - changing head coaches, having to learn new systems, etc - than it would help.

But if he does leave I want a successful coach from College who runs pro-style systems. So Someone like Mark Dantonio from Michigan State would be awesome. And as crazy as it sounds, I still think Nick Saban wants one last shot at the NFL. It's the lone blemish on his coaching career and as competitive as he is I wouldn't be surprised if he comes back.
