I heard on the Browns radio and Albert Breer said that there could potentially he a domino effect with the Browns and Titans. I'm assuming it has to do with Jimmy Haslam because he's always talked about owning the Titans since he's from Tennessee. There could possibly be an ownership trade. Which if happened, could cause a domino effect if other teams wanted to relocate or possibly move to London. It would bascally show other teams that it can be done. That's just my assumption about all of this. That might explain why we drafted Mariota(franchise qb) for upping trade or selling value, and why the front office doesn't really care how bad we are. Why would they care if they just want to sell or trade away the team anyway.

Also the domino effect could just mean that the Browns and Titans are so bad and that there might be more firings during the season and that could cause other teams to do so in order to get an advantage at finding their next coach. If a lot of teams are finding coaches, there won't be many choices, so it would be a competitive advantage to fire theirs right away and start the search process early.

That's just my assumption what it could mean when he says "domino effect"

Jared Stillman made a great point today on the Game. They quietly removed Tommy Smith out of power, so I have my fingers crossed they are doing the same thing with Whiz and Webster.

It is the job of the coaches to develop these guys. I had great hope for DGB and Mariota, but what has Whiz done to improve these guys?

Albert Breed said just this week has heard a something about Whiz and his job security so that's probably how the titans are linked to the domino effect

I disagree. I see our defense getting better in some areas. Pass defense has been better, but largely due to the fact that teams can run at will against us.

Getting rid of Leon Washington & Greene are only required because Ruston brought them in to begin with.

Levitre..... I give Webster a pass on this one. It was shocking to me that he was as horrible as he turned out to be. However NOT a pass on his contract. The next highest paid G was at like $27 million. Webster offered him nearly double that. Couple that with the fact that he should of traded him much earlier (If even possible). I do give him credit for finding some one to take him in a trade. That saved us a lot of dead money.

I do believe he finally found a franchise QB. However, he swung the bat wildly at other QBs that were not even close to being franchise material. Prime example - Jake Locker. If you are picking at #2 and there are 2 good options at QB, Tampa takes away one good option; you have to take the other. IF you are taking a QB that is. So I would not say he found anything as much as it found him.

Not hating on your post. Love the enthusiasm. However, it is past time to call a spade a spade. Webster is a horrible GM. He has absolutely no business having this much power on ANY team. Especially one that needs strong leadership and direction.

I read somewhere, I think a PK article, that Amy Adams has been at every Titans game. I can't make myself believe that. If I was the controlling owner of a team, was at the games, and saw how horribly they performed; heads would of rolled long before now. Maybe she knows something I do not. Maybe she has a better mindset, cooler head, or methodical approach than I.

One thing that I feel very strongly about: This team absolutely has the potential to win the AFC South this year. The way the other teams are playing in our division; we do not have to be anywhere near great to make into the playoffs. This team has talent. There are some players on this team that would absolutely be pro bowlers on other well coached teams IMO.
The big problem keeping us from making our 1st play off appearance in years? The lack of a sense of urgency by ANY member of Titans' Upper Management. If anyone from Ownership or the FO cared at all about the results of this team; we would be hearing whispers of change in some capacity.

I have a mailing address for the Titans. And an email address for one of the, as he said it, "Supervising Leaders of Ticket Sales". Maybe We should flood these addresses with opinions & input.

If anyone is interested high five the post and I will post them both in this thread.
