Climer wants the team to be sold

I wish... I can see the video screens now:

 

Lots of talk on here about the fan base, wins and losses, opposing fan numbers etc. Didn't you guys know that none of that stuff matters? Apparently you all missed the thrashing I got last week for bring that silly stuff up. Nashville is the "in" city and that's all that matters. No owner is going to move this team.

Climer is right. The Adams family isn't doing **** with the organization right now and doesn't look like they are going to.

But if they appoint Bud's grandson or nephew or whatever this spring, hold on tight because we will be riding the Adam's train for a longgg time coming.

 

This team needs to be sold asap. I still have love for ole Bud, because he actually cared. His family sucks tho. To say this team will move is absurd, this city is growning fast and the entire state loves football. They won't be moving anywhere. But, a change up top needs to be made. I honestly believe with the same players and coaches our team would be better with a real owner. Yes, more changes need to happen but this is the main issue with our team.

 

People underestimate how much of an effect ownership stability can have on a franchise. Just look at the Predators. At one point not too long ago, they almost were moved to Canada. Now they have a loud, passionate fan base that sells out just about every home game.... in the SOUTH. I would be ecstatic if the Titans were sold to someone who lived in Nashville, who cared about this city and it's fans. The long distance relationship thing just doesn't cut it.

 

I agree with you about the fan base. Can't speak for all the south but this part is waaay too family oriented. It's football not Disneyworld.


Not only that, but the people in this area are pessimist a lot of times. And debbie downers even when we've been doing good. Fans leave when the game's still on the line at the end of games.


I agree we do need better fans.

yes the fans are 1-11 and have not won a home game in over a year.
