Remember how people wanted poutasi to start after the draft.

I take it you haven't watched him play. He gets beat with pure speed cause he's slow footed. he's a guard playing tackle and rarely does that work unless you have perfect technique which he doesn't. He can get away with his foot speed at guard not tackle but we like fitting squares into round pegs.

That's just your silly opinion, Francis. If he was too slow to play OT, he damn sure would have never been the LT for a solid PAC 12 team, Utah. He was one of the best OT's in the draft and it's why he went at the top of the 3rd. He's still adjusting to the NFL, genius...for Pete's sake the guy hadn't even played 5 games and people like you already started belly-aching about how was a gaurd, yada, yada, yada.

It ain't easy for any rookie to be thrown into the fire and hold up. If they didn't have confidence he could develop, they wouldn't have started him. They signed Bell as an OT, whom many expected to start the season. But the coaches like Poutasi enough to let him start. You act like he's getting beat on a regular basis and that's BS. For the most part, he's done a good job...except for one assignment bust against Buffalo and two sacks against Wake, who is one of the league's best DE's and he was having a monster day regardless of who they put in there.

Meredith fared no better, at all.

Look I know a lot of you true believers think we're winning 6 games.

    Don't see it happening.

I put our ceiling at 3 AT MOST 4 unless something drastic changes.

Don't you think a 2 win season followed by a 3 win season would warrant a firing? How can they expect us to remain fans honestly through seasons like that? Munchak's teams squeaked out victories with a lot less talented squad.

Says the clueless wanker. The folks whose opinions matter, and who sign his paycheck says he is an OT all day long. Go try and piss on someone else's leg. Not happening here.

I think I am now resigned to the fact that Whisenhunt is much like Mike Mularkey...our TE's coach. He may be a decent OC when that is his only responsibility, but just an abysmal HC, and it's gonna take the team 2....maybe 3 horrible seasons to find that out and start over.

I see us drafting in the Top 3 again, and taking OT Tunsil from Ole Miss. Hopefully take RB Derrick Henry at the top of the 2nd, if he's there. Both of those additions should improve the offense dramatically. And hopefully we'll have a decent new HC. We may have to dip into the college ranks to find one. I really like Art Briles at Baylor, but his offense might not work so well in the NFL.
