This is the way of the Titans. They WILL NOT make a change until they absolutely HAVE to make a change. Hell they were going to extended Munch if he fired his staff.

I do not know if the Titans have ever had the balls to fire a coach in season. The weak ownership/ceo/gm we have now certainly will not have the balls to do it. There is no doubt in my mind it is the right thing to do. And I do not care who they install as interim HC. There needs to be a strong message sent to the rest of this team that losing and playing like school kids is not acceptable.

 

Exactly. Firing the coach and bringing in an interim isn't going to make us an instant play-off team. But it will deliver the message that no one is going to put up with such lousy play.

But, as I have said already, there is a less than 5% chance of that happening IMO. I wonder if the ownership even knew the Titans played today?

 

This is a perfect opportunity for the front office to see who wants to really be here, who wants to play football and who wants to coach football.

I mean management can't honestly think people are going to support this team when they show absolutely no sense of urgency in turning around a floundering franchise. The whole intent is to make money by putting a winning product on the field and they could give a **** less so why should fans.

 

He may be an ass, but at least he doesn't sugarcoat everything like all you other homers in Tennessee. Maybe that's why the Titans suck?
