    Another reason I hate the idea of Chip Kelly is that everyone wants him here JUST because of Mariota. Yea he may of had success in Orgeon, but this is an NFL team that requires someone who knows how to run a full team and not just the offense.

    I'm not advocating for Kelly, however, he did have back to back 10 win seasons in a division that is alot better than the AFC South.

    I'd go with Hue Jackson with Shanahan at OC. No changes at D if we could keep Horton and Lebeau. They aren't making gold from turds quite yet but its going down those kind of lines.

    Haley sucked in kc, no. Jackson sucked in oakland, no. These guys are good ocs but not hcs. Who said mark richt, lol, do you watch georgia? He's a terrible coach, he better not even get considered for the job. We need to have a real hc and a real oc, not a guy doing both jobs. That's half of these egomaniacs issues. Let lebeau/horton tun the d, let mularky/someone else run the o and have a guy run the team. Im no fan of fisher, but even his ego lets him do this. No good/great hc does two jobs, it's to much for one man. We need oc, dc and gm to be separate and have a hc that helps them.

    Jackson actually did not suck in Oakland.
    Coached for ONE season - went 8-8 and was the victim of the McKenzie hiring/power struggle.
    There are a lot of folks who wished he would have stayed HC there - including the players..
