Sorry. I'm not excited about a non-football mind hiring anyone. She went to Mularkey because her options were limited. I applaud her making the change but I'm not seeing her qualified to hire the next HC without a competent GM in place.

If she really cares about this franchise, she needs to hire the next CEO/President and then work with that person to hire the next GM (I have no doubt Webster will be gone end of season). The goal should be to have both in place by the end of the regular season so the next HC hunt can begin.

I'm intrigued by Hue Jackson, Sean McDermott & Adam Gase.

NOT intrigued by Josh McDaniels, Todd Haley, Tom Cable, Ben McAdoo, Kyle Shanahan (belongs as an OC), Jim Schwartz, Teryl Austin, Pep Hamilton or Matt Patricia.

But I have massive concerns about this ownership and front office. Amy Adams needs to focus on hiring a President, and let him hire the GM, and they together hire a coach. This is SO important. We have a legit franchise QB, but even he will be ruined if the front office $hitshow continues. I do NOT trust Amy Adams to hire the coach, just like Tommy Smith should not have been trusted to. Webster wanted Quinn, which would have been a good hire. I much rather let Webster hire the next HC than Amy Adams do it.

    1) Ill give you franchise qb
    2) NO
    3) Yes
    4) They wont spend it all
    5) ?!?!?
    6) Good Scheme. Whos the coach...ya hes gone more than likely
    7) Doubtful the still owe this dude.
    8) Sure
    9) for sure 8-8 sounds real good right now right?

Ill give you about half these but Lewan is not a left tackle hes a right tackle for sure. This is a cheap franchise never spends up to the cap, but maybe that will change. The defense is better but we have the defense whisperer working here and I doubt he stays unless someone is hired he is interested in.

Wiz got 9 million dollars per win in his time here in Nashville....9 million... More than likely we will get a coordinator and hopefully offensive that can out together a decent staff for defense.

I would be fine with a defensive guy. Head coaches do not develop QBs, OCs and QB coaches do.

Whomever we hire they need to bring in a strong OC to work with Mariota.
