What would Mularkey have to do to become full-time HC in 2016?

That's a lot to ask from a 1-6 team. If he starts this Sunday with a win and gets at least 4-5 before the season is over, he may get the job.

Let's say he loses Sunday. What would you say if he got this dumpster fire put out and pulled off 5 straight wins to close out the season. Would you still call for his head, or be intrigued?

we'll see though, even if he does well there are surely more qualified people out there.

Yes. No reason not to. Nothing has been established the last two years. What would we be missing out on?

 

Saints (4-4) - L - Mariotas first game back w/ a new coach in the dome & the Saints are on a roll.

Panthers (7-0) - L - Panthers defense is top-5 and Cam will probably run for 100+ vs us.

Jaguars (2-5) - W - It's the Jags.

Raiders (4-3) - L - Raiders are playing some good football right now, a lot can change in 3 more wks.

Jaguars (2-5) - L - Sadly, we're not known to sweep anybody in this division.

Jets (4-3) - L - Jets defense is legit, scared to see what they'll do vs our offense.

Patriots (7-0) - L, lets just hope it's not 59-0.

Texans (3-5) - W, we can't get swept against the Texans. No Arian, Hoyer sucks, lets hope we can get this win.

Colts (3-5) - L, Colts probably make the playoffs as AFC South champs. I still think Luck will get it going this season after an awful first half.

That's 2 more wins, 3-13. Gross. However, I think that we COULD sweep the Jags, beat the Raiders, Jets, & Colts to finish 6-10.
