If Whiz was still coach, would we have won?

This is a new era. Whiz is dead to us. Time to move on.

To answer the question.....no.

 

Hey pulled all of the rookies and 2nd year players aside and told them. This team needs them to step up.

He allowed them to do so and let them earn the chance to make plays.

He's giving this team a chance to grow up.

 

Can't grow up without learning from mistakes ... that goes for anything in life.

Mularkey gave DGB a chance to make mistakes ... also gave him a chance to learn and make up for them.

 

No way we would have won with Whiz, hope he watched and cringed.

 

We won because 2 people weren't involved in this game... let's see if you guys know who I'm talking about...

 

I think the interesting thing entering this week was Jim Wyatt said the players felt really stressed under Whiz and was very relaxed and comfortable after practices this week. Ironically I really believed it showed. Furthermore, the team looked like they were having fun today as well.

Definitely been a while since we've seen that. Far from perfect game, but definitely something to build on!

Suddenly DBG can catch and play, on some of them, he was breaking tackles, dare I say making plays. Who'd a thunk it? DBG doesn't have 1 reception if whis coached, one of many things that wouldn't have happened, including getting the win.
