    typical colts crap.

We win so they gotta outshine us somehow.

Not holding my breath for playoffs but crazy things happen all the time. And if Mularkey somehow gets this team to 8-8 I'll be excited.

If this team goes .500 or better under Mularkey then I think he deserves to keep the job.

Interim guys almost never get a chance, but I think Mularkey really deserves a fair shot if things go keep going well.

It helps that he has prior head coaching exp, this isn't his first rodeo like Dan Campbell for example. If the team rallys around him, no reason to replace him.

I am not gonna lie. I would love for this team to go on a run and make the playoffs. Maybe we are one & done, but I want this team to win every week. I know that it would knock us down in the draft. I know we need top tier talent. I want that talent as well. Its kind of a no win situation for me. I want to win, but knowing we are still very talent lacking; I want a high pick as well. Knowing we can't have both; it would be better for the long term success of the team not to make it.

It would take a miracle anyway. Our schedule is stacked against us making it. Including whoever wins this division our remaining games are against 5 potential & likely (legitimate) playoff teams. Two of those teams are undefeated; Pats & Panthers.

Honestly the team with the best bet to win the AFC South is the one everyone always gives it to: The Colts. I hate it, but even with Hasselback at QB they have the easiest schedule. How is it that they always win the AFC South and almost always have a lower SOS than at least one team within the division. I know it's because they regularly play in a weak division. However, it seems like their non division games are against weaker teams as well. Maybe I am just biased. Cause I honestly HATE the Colts.

The Jags may shock the world and come away with it. They have a pretty easy schedule. Their WRs are for real. "The Allens" seem to come up big every game. I would not be shocked if they both go over 1,000yds this season. Don't keep up with them closely so no idea what they really have yardage wise; but they seem to break 100yds a lot.

I'm sorry but he had his shot in Jacksonville and Buffalo. AFC Championship or new HC.

He left buffalo on his own, and look at what he had to work with in Jacksonville, in 2012 no less. They were an absolute dumpster fire, way worse off than we are, even by last year's comparison.

He went 9 and 7 in his first season at buffalo, and there's a good chance he's learned a lot in his years as a coordinator, i say give him a shot if he does well, hell, the way we played last sunday, We would have made 4 and 4 at least if he was our coach from the start.

Give the guy a chance, because if he does well and we take the south, our chances of keeping lebeau are way better than if we hire a new guy and he comes in and blows it all to hell all ove again.

As long as the team finishes strong, I think it comes down to the players and how they feel about playing for him. But ultimately, if they win the division he should be strongly considered full time.

Not only that but he's also fortunate to have Lebeau on the other side. If the defense wasn't playing as well as they are he'd have no shot. Only thing he needs to worry about is the offense and psyche of this team.
