It was painfully bad... I've never been more pissed about spending $13 before in my life.

And I own the other Craig Bond movies (and most of the old ones). QoS was the weakest Craig movie, but it was a masterpiece compared to this pile of crap Spectre.

Just strange to me because it had the same director as Skyfall... but it fell oh so flat. Hated it from beginning to end.

Sam Smith for the theme song too? I mean really?

Golden Eye will always be one of my favorite Bond films, that says a lot about Pierce Bros. Now with Craig, you can't one up Casino Royale. Skyfall was a really good movie but still not as good as CR. QofS had it's good moments but it lost me in the end. I will probably still go and see Spectre.

Casino Royale was excellent. I was never crazy about the Craig casting but that one really won me over and I thought we were in store for some excellent Bond films during his run. Unfortunately that hasn't really been the case.

When Nintendo re-released Goldeneye on the Wii a few years ago, they redid it with Craig's voice... image also, maybe.

    Seriously.

Currently watching the new Robocop on Amazon Prime.

Having to watch it in halves... it's ok. Not great. Not too bad... just ok. Standard?

@GoT - moving the "bad movie" discussion from the whale thread back here.

If you're searching out some wacky stuff check this movie. I've watched it twice on Elray recently and it's pure 70's chixploitation gold.

Watched Trainwreck tonight. I'm really not a fan of Amy Schumer in general but I have to admit I enjoyed this quite a bit. My only real beef was it somewhat felt like two movies. The first hour was a pretty damn hilarious comedy but the second mostly felt like a drama/romance with some some comedy moments. And as is the case with a lot of Apatow's films it went on a bit too long. Still a solid comedy IMO.

Trailer for Victor Frankenstein looks intriguing...may have to go shell out some money and go see that one at the theatres. Seems to be more about the "maker" student than the monster itself.....

One good flick I recently enjoyed is "Oldboy" the original from 2003....lots of twists in that one. A really good mystery/drama to watch
