Pre-Game Thread Panthers @ Titans

I thought that the Titans never actually practice on Mondays?
Only from Wednesday thru Friday. Mondays are only for treatment and watching film which most did anyway.

 

8-0. two games ahead of the entire nfc. already dished out losses to the previous nfccg representatives and superbowl favorites. 3-0 against the afc south. you know, that pile of crap teams that your squad is currently at the bottom of. 4th ranked scoring offense with a bunch of 3rd-4th string quality scrub receivers. pretty good for a below average inaccurate quarterback me thinks. haven't lost a regular season game going back to november last year. carolina panthers.

and then we have the titans. well. they're that team that gives the likes of the browns, phins, and texans what's going to end up as one of their few feel good quality wins of the season, with more "gifts" to come i'm sure. a team that lingers in a division were the top team doesn't even have a .500 win pct, and yet, still finds themselves out of the division race. talking smack about an undefeated team, now that takes a lot of nerves. from the fans of the team that has nothing to talk about since 2008.

 

That's funny to talk smack. Yes your team is undefeated . Kudos for that. But games are won and lost in the field. Matters how the game is played tomorrow. Not how it is talked about in a forum. Yes you have a good chance of beating the Titans, but also a chance you could lose. Why they play the game.

 

Cam is the third-best QB in his division. I ain't worried.

 

It amazing how quickly some fans get cocky. How short your memory is about your own mediocre history. If I remember the last time you guys had a solid season was also 2008 (the year the Titans started the season 10-0) when you also got knocked out of the playoffs in the first round (which you probably will again this year) and then you proceeded to stink it up even worse than the Titans in the years that followed.

Congrats on the solid year this year though, I don't dislike the Panthers (though I do dislike overly cocky, obnoxious fans) but to act you guys are world beaters is rediculous. Just last year you guys barely squeaked out 7 wins in an equally crappy division so you know what they say about throwing stones in a glass house.

Give us a couple more years and then let's see who's talking crap. Mariota will be twice the QB than Cam, who is mediocre at best.
Cam is like a slightly better version of VY, he's being carried by a solid defense and you see how quick those type of Qbs slide back down to earth when the time comes that they are required to carry their teams. Enjoy your 15 minutes of glory now, it won't last. Hopefully it ends tomorrow!

 

Hey Little Ceaser, Ride that high horse as long as you can as it won't be long till you guys are thrown back to reality. You won't survive with a sub-par passing attack, who's leading WR is a KR on most teams if at best.

Lady luck will run out soon buddy....you guys won't be Hot N Ready for long

 

Damn talk about cocky. The Panthers are no New England Patriots and this Caeser guy better live it up while they are undefeated because as soon as they get to the playoffs the season will be over for them. They are definitely overachievers and if I remember correctly haven't been really good in a loooong time.

I honestly have not been more excited about an upcoming game in a loooong time. If the Titans win or even just keep it close for four quarters, it'll be HUGE, and I really feel like both are entirely probable. Played my gig in jersey and matching Vans last nght to impose a will on the football universe
