I 100% completely agree. As long as well don't go backwards the rest of the year then Mularkey should be given an interview for the job. I know it may not seem like it but I think the Titan's head coaching job will be somewhat coveted. We have a quarterback who has show so far to have all of the characteristic you want in a franchise quarterback, we have a top 10 defense, a good left tackle, a high draft pick and a decent amount of cap to work with. The only negative that will be brought up is the ownership structure (which I think is getting better and who knows, maybe they sell the team this offseason) and the current GM. I hope Ruston gets replaced early in the offseason anyways.

How does he know Hue takes the Titans job last year?
Same year he was bumped to OC w Marvin.

    Per Roto:

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports Bengals OC Hue Jackson is "already generating some interest" for the Titans' head-coaching vacancy.

Jackson has long been established as one of the game's better game planners, but lasted only one year as the Raiders' head coach after rubbing new GM Reggie McKenzie the wrong way with his brash attitude. Jackson has proven well deserving of a second chance in Cincinnati, overseeing versatile, varied offenses while getting the most out of a limited Andy Dalton. He'd be an intriguing fit with Marcus Mariota in Tennessee.

Went 8-8 with a crappy roster in Oakland and was only fired because the new GM wanted his own guy as coach.

Hue would be a good hire.

I could get behind hue Jackson. We need to get someone to ask him if he'd cut Griffen if he was hired, that'd make or break it in my mind.

Does anyone know which head coaching candidates would need the least amount of turnover as far as personnel on offense? I know Hue Jackson has zone based blocking schemes and I believe Gase runs a combination of zone/man blocking schemes. Lewan would translate nicely, I'm not sure anyone else would. Lol. Also, not sure how the running backs would translate. I believe Cobb could translate to zone blocking offense. Any thoughts?
