I did enjoy them calling "Justin Hunter" "Jason Hunter" though.

I hope he was watching that game, and realized just how much of a JAG he is.

You build a Super Bowl contender through the draft. It's not complicated.

 

the thing isn't finding expensive free agents to plug-in, its to find a core of young guys who know how to win together... Look around, most teams are getting it done with 4-5 key guys on each side of the ball..

I think the thing about building teams that win is knowing what youre looking for first. The last few years we've gone back and forth with so many offenses, its like we have a box of random lego's the rest of the league has no use for and we're trying to make something we cant..

 

FA bridges the gap, a couple names is the way to do it, but yea you shouldn't try building a team around FA, pretty sure the majority here know this by now

 

Haha exactly. Apparently, David Cobb went to Washington, Angelo Blackson is Avery Jones, and Chance "Womack"....What a moron.

 

No doubt....our biggest problem is FO that doesn't care, and crap coaching. Add in our lack of drafting properly, and it hurts. Real bad

 

we're on our 3rd HC in 3 years, 4th OC in that same time, and 3rd DC.... the FO to their credit tries new things, at least they have that going for em...

 

Ownership of this team is a joke....The Whiz hire was bad to begin with...Certain draft picks were VERY bad...The laundry list is nasty.

 

I understand this, but if there is a guy out there we can use and need at the position, go get him. It's much easier said than done though.

On top of this and most frustrating, we've had no freaking luck picking up a decent FA besides Delanie Walker.
