Going to have to go hard in FA then on the offensive side of the ball.

That's not really true.. Teams keep their good OL.. There's usually a reason OL are FA (our signings of Hutchinson, Oher & Bell come to mind)..

Good teams draft good OL and keep them AKA don't let them hit free agency.

U may be able to patch together an adequate/average OL through FA but certainly not a good one, as we've learned the hard way.

Unless the player is Ogden or a hall of fame player you never draft oline and you never take a guard at 10. You need play makers offense or defense and webster gone.......................look at pats line! 3 late round rookies starting, LT is the most important and surely we have that one. So you want to take a RT with the top 5 pick? To much money and these early lineman by us and other teams ( jags, rams, falcons, titans and others) have not worked out, we have franchise qb and no weapons for him

There's 4 positions you don't take in the top 15...OL except LT, RB, ILB and safeties.

I disagree. I think any player that a team believes can have a game changing impact is worth a top 15 pick. I would take Ray Lewis or Troy Polamalu in the top 15 without any hesitatation.

If you need a ILB and the best player on your draft board is an ILB you take him and thumb you nose at artificial draft value.

MLB is a lot more position for a 4-3 then an ILB is for a 3-4. You are literally comparing a war general to a run thumper.

That's your opinion, but you fail to realize that draft position is what make some players take that next step.

I would take Jerry Rice #1 overall, not in the 6th round...
    Tom Brady..

Can you show me the last ILB/MLB or safety taken top 15 worth it?

My question was if you could show me a lb or safety drafted in the top 15 who was game changer!!

    Ed Reed drafted 26th
    Ray Lewis drafted 26th
