He could be very good if he had a decent O-Line.

If the Titans drafted Bush I bet they might be able to get some type of deal like the Chargers got when they forked over Eli to the Giants. Not drafting Bush at #3 and building around him for the future would be a huge mistake. It would however be an even larger mistake for Houston to draft Young and dispose of Carr in the first place, no matter how much their &!#@%*, half hearted fan base squawks about it.

Don't get me wrong. Vince Young is a very special player but he is not what the Texans need. If the Titans did have the chance to draft Bush and they traded out or traded him away, then it would be time for Bud to fire everyone. This whole deal just makes me even more glad that I am not a Texans fan.

David Carr has heart. People keep saying he sucks but I dont see it. I see him having a terrible o-line. IMO if Carr was our QB last year we would have went 8-8 possibly 9-7. I will say it again Carr has heart.

It's hard to complete a pass when your running for your life play-in, play-out.

Did Carr end up breaking his own sack record?

Jake Plummer is a QB that played on a lousy team but had potential. Plummer right now is doing fairly well. Carr could do the same in the right situation IMO.

I'm sure there is an equal amount of Texans fans who realize how dumb it would be to take Young. Carr was a number 1 overall pick. Trading him away just so you can do the last 4 or 5 years over again would be past retarded. In the end, who really cares where he played college.

If Bush were available at #3, it should take 1/50 of a second to figure out what to do. Passing on one of the most gifted players in the past few decades would be the definition of mistake.

I know it won't happen, but Reggie Bush + Pacman Jones returning punts and kicks = unfair to opponents.

Absolutely no scenario they pass on Bush, I can't see a scenario where we can get enough talent at a reasonable price to justify trading bush

The Ricky Williams deal comes to mind.
