Out of the three names you mentioned, I agree that McDaniels is the guy I would want. If the Pats win it again he will be ready to get another gig. Mariota is perfect for him.

    I agree with you two...

Pat Bowlen who I think was one of the best and classiest owners in the league saw something in him back then. Granted, it didn't turn out. But he was also 33. Have to believe he has grown since then. I think to be successful in a very difficult position such as this one. You have to like yourself and carry yourself in very high regard. Out of any of the names I have heard thrown around. Josh does. Maybe not to the level a Harbaugh does but he does. I think if you are looking to get it right the next time. You need to go with someone who has the proven resume or someone that carries themselves like this. That and it's hard to argue with the success he's had as an coordinator. He's worked with similar qb's like Marcus and may prefer them. Tim Tebow for example. He just had to have him in Denver. The two are similar but Marcus is obviously way better.

I just think you need to go offensive and also think you need to get this hire right. Adam, Hue, Sean, Mike...none of these guys blow my skirt up. If you can't get someone like a Sean Payton who I think could be available. You need to tactfully look at your options and study them. In the end, Josh maybe ready to start a long tenure with the Titans similar to the one Fish had here...

And your point is? With or without vomiting _ Quinn is not there and hopefully not ever as HC for TT. Be realist he is a sure at the end of a long list.

Here's a list of successful NFL head coaches from the Belichick coaching tree:

    Do not want Josh McDaniels.

The era will begin without Jackson, who was fired after going 8-8 in his first season as head coach. McKenzie wanted to bring in his "own guy" to rebuild the organization.
