New wide receivers coach

We need a new offensive staff. HC, OC, Oline coach, Wr coach, Qb coach. Clean the slate on the offensive side. If there is a polished receiver coming out of college next year anywhere near what cooper is then that should be the pick.

Our receivers can't seem to get open. It's either sloppy routes, bad scheme, lack of effort, or a combination of all three. I know it's bad, and I am sick of rooting a team every year that can't move the ball consistently on offense! Another year Like this and I am going to have to start wearing a paper bag over my head while watching the game at home, much less at Nissan stadium.

 

Yeah, I kinda like the RB coach too. He has done pretty good with trash all things considered.

 

The WRs for this team all seemed to be talented; yet have not progressed at all. It's time for some accountability. I am beyond ready to clear the offensive side of the coaching staff plus DB coach. I am done watching this be a place that talent comes to die!!

However, when the GM ignores a major need; like the secondary, it's hard to blame the position coach. DB coach is really held back by a lack of talent.

 

next HC, even if by some chance Mularkey is HC, will want his own staff

 

Is it Jefferson or Webster or both.....Webster has invested a 1st and 2 2nd rnd picks on the WR position...these guys just haven't gotten it done. I feel certain that Jefferson won't be around next year and I really think that Webster will be gone as well.

 

I wish I could see this "talent" at the wr position....TE, yes we have a good set of those. KW, who should know better constantly ad libs rather than running the designed play...DBG....talk about wasted potential...but that sums up the titans at the wr position doesn't it?

 

my opinion is this: The WR's on this team dont know what is going on more often than they do. we have rookies, 4-5 year guys, and an old vet in douglas, every one of them seems to be on similar ground where they have no idea whats going on half the time.

its like OK, wright "gave up on a ball" this past game, and then a few weeks ago DGB gave up on a ball, and this person or that person didnt finish the route.

Why is that stuff going on? Is it Mariota? Is it the individual WR's randomly deciding to take plays off?

we've had multiple games this year where we went into halftime without a WR getting a catch in the first half. There is something fundamental going on where the WR as a group are not developing, not playing the game correctly, and at times showing evidence that they dont want to be on the field.

Coaching.

 

That's because they lack talent to begin with brother...lol
