    The team needs a culture shock and improved offensive concepts with skills to develop number 8. The two coaches that have the personality and coaching skills to provide that:
    Sean Payton (Saints HC) or Hugh Jackson (Bengals OC).

    I would take either those two coaches in a heartbeat. Sean Payton would be my first choice and I hope to keep Dick at DC.
