Totally on the Alex Mack train if he leaves the Browns ( reported he wants out). We have some money to spend- we could start there. I am all in for Ramsey! How many games have we lost due to our secondary (Browns game anyone)? To that point, DB is the strongest area of this draft- tired of reaching for "the guy", let us go after one of the big three in this area for once! Ramsey is the guy who will make his mark in the NFL! I can see some saying grab OL early and pick up CB 2nd. I disagree. We have a shot to grab a game changer immediately. Let us not fool around and grab the friggin guy.

 

After today Lewan needs to go to RT he's not LT material.

 

And we've given up 8 TD passes in two games. Secondary is fine though.

 

McCourty is solid, but he isn't a guy that is going to make or break the entire secondary's performance.

Perish Cox sucks too. Stopgap player at best.

 

If there is elite talent at corner back or wide receiver then we should pull the trigger. The prospects I am seeing are not showing elite talent. If the offensive lineman is the one with elite talent then bank it. Best Player Available with your first pick. We need help is many areas so we should keep an open mind, then grab the best guy available.

 

Our franchise QB was sacked 5 times today and our LT is better suited at RT. Would a good organization also be so ignorant to not admit their mistakes of the past? This is kinda similar thinking to the anti-Mariota people last year, we already whiffed with VY and Locker, why take another QB so high? If you can draft arguably the best player available, protect your star player and his own very high investment, and improve another position all with 1 pick, would you pass that up?

I like Jalen Ramsey but what's the point in spending the top pick on a DB when our offense can't score because Mariota is always lying on his back? What the Titans really need is another solid CB and an upgrade over Michael Griffin. So the idea of taking a Safety with the first overall pick kinda scares me as well.

I could even argue WR in the 2nd but I'm tired of watching the guys the Titans have in the backfield now. I can live with Wright, Walker and DGB hopefully improving. You give Mariota the best protection possible and a RB that can hopefully keep defenses honest.

 

Hopefully this year's "most NFL ready lineman" is better than the last one we drafted in the top ten.

Yep, we reached on a Guard in the top 10 and selected a RT at 11. So we should ignore the OL issues and pray Mariota only misses just 2 games every season.
