There is no justification for keeping him. Whether he's been in charge or not, he's walked up to the podium after every pick and talked about the unanimity of everyone in the room.

We've thrown money and high draft picks at o-line and we still can't block. We've thrown money and draft picks at WR and we still don't have anyone who can win a one-on-one. We've dicked up the easiest position in football with the cluster**** that is our RB corp.

It's impossible to keep this guy around.

I have never seen an offensive roster be so talent deficient.

Fry hit the nail on the head....we have invested a ton on the offensive side of the ball and have absolutely nothing to show for it. 4 1st rnders and 3 2nd rnders in the past couple of years and QB is the only position that we all feel good about.

Just maybe it's a case of the coaches not coaching rather than W's choices. Truly, there are very few who come to the NFL ready 7 to play at the pro level. We have NEVER really had a competent coaching staff coaching them.

So given that there are very few who come to the NFL ready to play is it the coaches fault that this offense has had to depend on so many roomies this year?

I know this may sound crazy, but I would be ok with giving Hue Jackson a HC/GM combo if that lead to getting him here.

It should not take that. The Titans job will be a desirable one with Marcus Mariota here.

I'll give you a high five to ease the pain you will receive from such a reply.

I see both ways. I like Chip Kelly but there is part of me that agrees with Tennessee XO. I'd like to see Marcus round out his game as an all around quarterback. I think he has a better chance in doing that with a pro football mind, that's been in it for years and years and such.

I've got a great deal of respect for Chip and do think he is a better coach than many in here will credit him for. But I think the hiring of him could hinder Marcus's growth as a qb.

Marcus Mariota + likely number 1 overall pick = very desirable head coaching job.

I think he is and maybe should be.

I'm still not sold on him.
