2016 FA Targets

Some of you guys are really missing the point. I know it's Christmas time but wishing for another big shiny toy (RB or WR) will not do much until our OL is fixed. And throwing money and draft picks has not been successful!

We need a new GM, HC, OL coach and Special teams coach for starters!

We don't even know what we have at RB because our OL has been so bad! And because it's been so bad...that has caused our offense to be erratic to say the least. An inconsistent offense has again, left our D on the field too long too many times. Not a winning combo.

Of course most of the best guys in free agency won't hit the market, but some of them will and more of the next tier and more of the next tier. We need to invest in star players to help close our talent gap vs other teams and that means SPENDING MONEY!!! As long as we are the 2nd to last team in spending cap, we are tying our hands behind our backs....and we are in a bad division!

We need an OL that works and I think we'll see the offense really come into it's own. We need a MLB to pair with Williamson, a star CB, and an upgrade of Griff as well as some OLB depth to develop behind Orakpo and Morgan.

 

Titans need OL more than anything(player wise). This offense and Mariota will continue to be bad until the massive problems up front get fixed. Before I did anything on defense or skill players I would be trying everything in my power to get Mariota some time in the pocket and the RB's some space to do work. This whole season has been abysmal up front.

Along with a coach obviously.

 

I think we should seriously look at the secondary in rounds 1 and 2. Seacry is out today so we will see what we have depth wise at the safety position with the other guys. I feel like its not going to be any different, we know what we have in Whiffen as well.

 

If the O-Line ever gets their **** together, Andrews is a solid RB to have.

 

Eric Berry or Eric Weddle would be AWESOME

 

Unless you ask him to pass block, then he gets the QB killed.

 

This. However, I want Tunsil with our first... even though our recent luck with drafting offensive linemen has failed. Would still want to sign an OL too, say Stefan Wisniewski. Resign Byron Bell for cheap. Lewan/Tunsil outside, Wisniewski at center, Warmack & Bell/Poutassi at guard.

Would still have some money to find secondary help, especially if we release Griffin. Probably find some depth at LB and another playmaker on offense.

I say this every year it seems, but if we sign the right coach and spend some money on free agents, paired with a legit draft (this means we need to fire Webster)... we could win the south. Which, will probably be alot harder next year. Luck will be back, Bortles & the Jags showed some life, plus I'm sure the Texans will find a new QB.

 

He has shown potential, but no way am I not finding some fresh blood at the RB position this offseason.

 

Weddle is getting old, not sure how much he has left in the tank. I'd love Berry though, also would love Amukmara. However, I think they'll both resign with their teams.
