That hit where MM tweaked his knee, the defender came in literally untouched. Seriously no one even looked at blocking him.

and you don't know otherwise. All we can go by is what happened. And what happened is mariota, again, misses time. I just hope we dont have another Jake locker on our hands. I predicted predraft that injuries could be a problem for him in the NFL, due to his frame, even though they weren't in college

All indications are he was fine though. So there is more pointing towards this being an extreme over-reaction due to our current situation (record and lack of faith in blocking) than it is actually an injury.

Locker tore his Achilles walking in the backfield after a hand off with no one around him and was out for the season.

MM's injury came after getting hit by a guy that no one blocked ... and he was still ready to come back into the game.

Injuries can plague any career, and happen to every player at some point ... but don't compare Locker to MM
