Rumor We are keeping Mularkey?

    I don't think I would be shocked if they kept Mularkey and gave him a 2 year deal. Not my preference, especially after yesterday. But, keeping Webster would cause internal bleeding.

    Even if they wanted to, the Titans can't announce Mularkey as the HC. They have to respect the Rooney rule so I suspect there will be a number of interviews, including Mularkey, cranking up immediately.

    The GM is another matter. I hope they announce Webster's contract will not be renewed and they already have a short list for his replacement.

    Titans must make the GM situation clear (who and what exact role they will have) before any coach is going to seriously consider accepting the head coaching job.

    If he is the HC, I hope he cleans house and gets rid of OC, O line coaches, DB coaches, scouts... I don't know if the team gets a new attitude and culture if he stays and that's what we need.
