I am pretty new to twitter. I only follow the guys that cover the Titans.... The only things on Twitter I have seen have been that we are chasing Decosta as 1st choice, also asked to interview Duke Tobin (Turned us & Lions down), have asked to interview Raye III from Indy and Marc Ross of Giants.....One candidate that keeps coming up for GM that we will not be happy about is our Director of College Scouting Blake Beddingfield....All this is about GM search.

I have not seen 1 post about who we are even considering at HC. That's kinda scary to me. Makes me concerned that they are seriously considering Mularkey. He is the only name that I have seen connected to the team. I have seen many people post that McDaniels & Jackson both are very interested in the position. However, I think it is speculation. Have not heard of any interviews or requests for interviews for HC position.

NFL.com did a video rating the open positions and listed the Titans as the most desirable open position....I was SHOCKED. I think it is, but to get something about the team from the NFL is rare.....to get something positive is like a white Rhino.....LOL. Here's a link to that video & article.

McDaniels has a 1st round playoff bye so the time to interview him is limited. Jackson's team plays this week so he cannot be interviewed. I know it is beating a dead horse, but I still think everyone should express their disappointment at the idea of Mularkey staying on the Titans' FB & Twitter feeds. They ARE serious about him being a legit candidate. They are not just patting his head to make him happy.

I give PK credit. He is pretty much speaking out against bringing Mularkey back; and discrediting the things Underwood pointed to as reasons he is a legit candidate.

Yeah, I mentioned a few of these GM/HC combos and this is one of the top combos though I DON'T want McD having too much say on personel. Last thing we need is for them to ship Mariota to the Jets for Fitz and a late 1st!

He was the inspiration for Jonal Hill's character in the movie Moneyball! He is a sabermetrics whiz but more than that, he is good at creating or improving systems on teams. He will be great for them IF they let him. The Browns will one day find the tipping point AWAY from their owner and actually have an organization that isn't a cluster you know what! Hiring not a football guy to control the roster with the idea that you will sign a coach and then a GM (who won't get to hire his own coach and won't have control of the roster...?!?!?!?) is not good!

If we don't get at LEAST the Browns to trade up to #1, we have failed!!! Especially with all this Manziel talk!

I was down right SHOCKED at how many Titans fans there were! Honestly I expected to see about 1 per section but everywhere I went I saw 2-5 Titans fans walking around or getting food. Heck, I had 2 Titans fans sitting next to me in the front row at about the 40!!!

One funny tidbit. One of my best buds is a major Steelers fan and he came with me to Cleveland to see the last Oilers/Browns game in cleveland. I was in my Oilers gear, and he was in his Steelers gear...even though the Steelers weren't playing (and WERE competing with the browns for 1st place that year). He came with me to the Jets game and again, showed up in his Steelers gear (with the Steelers and Jets both fighting for the wildcard).

Ironically, we ran into ANOTHER couple of guys...one decked out in a Mariota jersey (like me) and the other decked out in Steelers garb!!! Never thought Id see that!!!

I'm not really getting the eagerness in staying in house. If this was a program that has been yearly crushing and dominating the league, I could see promoting within and rewarding those guys that got you there. But this a team has been dragging bottom for years. By promoting within they are basically saying there isn't a problem and are begging for more of the same results.

It's time the org wakes up and smells the Yuban. What you are doing ain't cutting it.

That is an excellent point. I'd put Cowboys in that mix as well. They can't do anything without a QB. I'm salivating on a dream scenario of trading with either of those for a QB war. Use the second round pick to compensate for trading for Sean Payton.

I honestly believe Jerry Jones' next big stupid mistake will be to trade for Manziel. I swear that guy has the hots for that loser....and I honestly believe its only because he knows he will sell the freaking crap out of Manziel jerseys in TX. With him being the only owner/team not required to share revenues for that stuff I think he will try to capitalize on this. I hope he does it...JM will fail no matter where he goes.
