OK. So I know it will fall on deaf ears, but I contacted ticket sales and my individual ticket rep.

So this is what I wrote. Pardon any english or spelling mistakes:

I have been a season ticket holder since day 1. Our account number is XXXXX. It's been years of highs and lows, but we've stuck with them thru them all. The last few years have been hard for sure. I do appreciate the changes like elevators and more ushers, but let's be honest, the product on the field is the biggest issue.

I've been very impressed with current ownership with their decisive actions on relieving the head coach and general manager. It was clear that they were listening to the fans. I didn't know a single person who didn't agree with those moves. Now we are looking at a new GM and coach. I like Coach Mularky. He seems like a stand up guy. But if he is hired, it might be the first time I've ever considered letting my PSL's and tickets go. We have been one of the worst teams on the field for a number of years. If they go with in house hires for both positions, the outcry will be enormous by the fans. I know that any franchise can't run it based on whim of the online fan community, but I would hope those who are making decisions would atleast take a gander of the online forums, social media, etc. to guague the temperature of the fans. As an active member of that community, I can promise if there isn't new blood in both the GM and HC position, it will be received very, very poorly and personally, I will have to sit down with my family to discuss if it is worth keeping pouring money into season tickets. A hire of the interim coach with a poor W/L record (not just with the Titans) and the hiring of any in-house staff that was part of poor free agent signings and draft picks overall would likely cost me to give up my tickets.

I've always been a blue-eyed optimist with the Titans and have defended moves in the past. Most fans I talk to expect the new Titan ownership to just hire say Mr. Benningfield and Mr. Mularky to fill the open positions. It's sad that they expect the lowest expectations. We should strive for better.

Thanks for letting me vent. I know that none of this will make it past the ticket or customer service department but I'm feeling a bit helpless and nervous about this new situation and needed to atleast feel like my opinion counts, even if the leadership of the team won't see it.

    Thank You,

    My name

I got a pretty quick response from my ticket rep. I've deleted his name just because he doesn't need it published. Here's the response:

    Hello Jeff,

Thanks for reaching out to us, sir. I see you’ve been in touch with one of my colleagues earlier via our online chat service, but I appreciate you getting in touch with me as well.

We certainly understand where you, fellow season ticket members, and Titans fans are coming from in terms of the organization, team and pending new GM and head coach. Trust me when I say it is not at all difficult to gage how our season ticket members feel about the issues you mentioned. Mrs. Adams Struck and Mr. Underwood are well aware of the current climate. They understand this completely and are fully focused on finding the best possible candidates to fill the aforementioned positions. You can trust Mr. Underwood is doing quite literally everything possible in effort to get our team back where we need to be.

We greatly appreciate your support as a season ticket member and look forward to brighter days in the future. This will be a very big and important offseason and pending 2016 for us and we look forward to having you here to support us.

If you do need anything ticket related in the future please do not hesitate to get in touch with me—I am happy to lend a hand.

Here’s to big things in 2016!

    (Ticket Rep)

Again...I know it says nothing and will mean nothing, but atleast they responded.

"This should help you calm down (see Valium pill, enclosed).
Please come back when you can afford to make a purchase. Your kids are starving. The Tennessee Titans believes no child should go hungry. You are an unfit mother. Your children will be placed in the custody of The NFL...

I sincerely doubt they have as good a pulse on this fan base as they think they do.

If you can't hire your personell based on players comments, you certainly can't base your hires off of fan complaints.

With that said, we are talking about guys that would not even be able to get interviews for the positions they are being considered for here.

Even if they truly think Mularkey is the guy. Truly think he is going to win the division, I don't think it's unreasonable for Underwood to think:

"We have 5 wins in two seasons, and we are about to make two in house hires. How will that be received? Maybe, just maybe, we should listen to all the voices that have been shouting at us and try to get two of the up and coming people around the league instead of trusting ourselves: One of the most dysfunctional franchises in the league. Personally, I don't think it is that dysfunctional. I think since the new group took over they've made good moves. But alot depends on the GM and Coach hire.

I wouldn't be surprised if Kenneth Adams is a member of this board.
They absolutely know the fans are hot right now.

Agreed. They drafted Mariota, moved away from Whiz, RW is gone. That's not nothing.
Let us not think that three days of no news equals the door being shut on replacing Mularkey (until it happens at least).

I'm not going to overreact to Mularkey getting a shot to interview until he gets hired. Let's be honest, most of the guys we(the fans) have been talking about to become the new HC are guys who are not able to interview right now because they're in the playoffs.

Sure, we can ask permission to interview Josh McDaniel, but the Patriots can also tell us it needs to wait until their season ends.

And it has been reported that we want a GM who can pick his HC. Well, we don't have a GM right now, so I wouldn't expect HC interviews to take place.

I wrote them a couple months ago and you wouldn't believe the response....

In October I paid for club seats and went to the Bills game. Long-story-short, the woman in front of us smoked the whole time, I had beer spilled on me, my own beer was kicked over, the woman across the aisle puked all over an empty seat in front of her as her bf/husband begged us all not to call security on her, and when I went to get a free soda refill in the 4thQ, the club section stations had already closed up.

A week later I got an email from a ticket rep about my experience since it was in the Club Level. I was unforgiving and brutally honest about the whole experience. They apologized and said they would like to send me a gift. I balked and gave them my home address anyways. The week before Christmas I found their email again and replied that I had never received any gift from them and although I didn't want one, it was just further indicative of how the organization can't get even this right.

Three days before Christmas I get a package that was "overnighted" from Nashville and it had the Titans logo on the box. It was pretty sizeable, but I was counting on some coupons and a keychain or Titans teddy bear. How wrong I was.......

The Titans sent me 2 t-shirts, 2 ball hats, 2 coffee tumblers, 2 glasses, their wine/cocktail set, programs, stickers, coozies, lanyards, shot glasses, and key sets. Needless to say, at least when they said they were sorry, they meant it....so I grant them pardon and peace in screwing up my gameday experience.
