I would tread lightly with McDaniels.

Don't forget... Tebow in the 1st round. That's hard to swallow.

I do like the fact that he is specifically interested in the Titans job though. Shows the impact Mariota has that coaching candidates may actually prefer us over much better organizations now.

I don't think there will be an in between with McDaniels. He's either completely matured, learned from his mistakes and will be a great HC or he's the same guy that took the Broncos job in 09.

Boom or bust. And before someone says we have nothing to lose... We have a franchise QB's development to lose. Gotta be extremely careful with this hire and choose the guy who has a detailed plan in his interview. I don't want some guy who comes in and BS's Underwood into getting this job, like Whiz did to Fat Tommy Boy.

This team needs a culture change and though i like McDaniel, I'm not sure he's strong enough a presence to generate the total respect necessary to transform a very young losing team. Almost rather have him as OC (not possible) and an old fogey like Coughlin as coach (probably not possible). My point is we may need a more experienced presence but i'll take it over Mularkey.

The Browns confirmed they have interviewed Bears OC Adam Gase for their head-coaching vacany.

Although this could be just an act to drive up the bidding, Gase's intentions of becoming a head coach couldn't be more lucid if he's willing to consider the Browns. Gase should appeal to Browns analytics gurus Sashi Brown and Paul DePodesta, of course. Gase's offenses in Denver were prolific and his offense in Chicago was efficient considering its deficient personnel.

Sad face. Hope he knows that cutler is a douche and Mariota is the guy he wants to coach.

Exactly!!! I am not set on McD as HC, but am not opposed to it either....still trying to decide really. One thing that HAS to be recognized is that Cutler is known league wide as the "Coach Killer" (And that ***** that McDaniels was smart enough to trade off). Cutler even had issues working with Shanny. Gase seems to be the one & only guy who can tolerate him. Let's be honest. ANY QB that is such a ***** that the media chooses to COMPLETELY ignore his press time; is a real *****. LOL. Even the media wanted no part of Cutler. I know they said it was all a miscommunication, but man was that video awkward!! LOL...

Jay Cutler netted the Broncos Kyle Orton, two first round picks and a third round pick. Would none of us take that in exchange of Jay Cutler and a fifth round pick?

The Broncos ****ing bamboozled the Bears.
